In its continued mission to promote inclusive education and knowledge accessibility, Alamdar Peace and Welfare Foundation (APWF) has launched a significant book donation drive, benefiting thousands of students across Jammu & Kashmir.
This initiative provided a wide range of educational books—including academic textbooks, storybooks, and general knowledge materials—to children from underprivileged and underserved communities. The aim is to cultivate reading habits, enhance literacy, and provide children with the resources they need to succeed academically.
Particular focus was placed on reaching orphans, children with disabilities, and those from low-income families, many of whom lack access to even the most basic reading materials. The donated books were distributed in schools, community centers, and learning hubs—entirely free of charge.
