Currently, Alamdar Foundation does not sell or ship any physical products for commercial purposes.
If and when goods (such as fundraising merchandise or relief materials) are distributed, the following applies:
Delivery is handled via reliable courier or postal services.
Shipping is typically restricted to India unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery time and tracking details will be shared (if applicable).
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned before any transaction.
As an NGO, we do not typically deal in returnable goods. However:
Items provided for donation, relief, or fundraising are non-returnable.
In case of damage during shipping (if applicable), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will evaluate each case individually and offer a resolution accordingly (replacement, if feasible).
Donations made to Alamdar Foundation are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in case of proven fraudulent transaction or error.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order/registration.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
